For over 30 years the Canadian Federation of Junior Leagues has served as the link among the Junior Leagues within Canada. The principal purpose of the Federation is to promote a strong national presence in Canada and to increase the international impact of  the Association of Junior Leagues International. 

The Canadian Federation of Junior Leagues ("CFJL") consists of five Junior Leagues across Canada located in Halifax, Toronto, Hamilton-Burlington, Calgary and Edmonton.

To support the success of the Canadian Junior Leagues by:

• Maximizing and leveraging the resources and best practices available within the national Junior League network.
• Providing benefit to Junior League members, through their participation in Canadian Federation of Junior League opportunities.
• Creating a synergy that will position the Canadian Junior League's as the organization that prepares and empowers women to effect change and to provide community and civic leadership.

The Canadian Federation of Junior Leagues represents the unique perspectives and needs of the Canadian Junior Leagues to the Association of Junior Leagues International as well as to all  external stakeholders. It is a vehicle that encourages the sharing of resources and best practices, maximizes the synergies between the Canadian Leagues and strives to develop a national presence for Junior Leagues in Canada.
